‍MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

‍Membership Term: The 100 collectors club offers an annual membership. Members can choose to pay either:

Quarterly (every three months)
Annually (with a 10% discount)

Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel their membership by providing one month’s notice before the renewal date.

Refunds: No refunds are provided for unused membership time.

We accept payments via credit card (processed through Stripe) and cryptocurrency.

Additional Fees and Taxes:
There are no additional fees or taxes associated with the membership.

‍USER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of 100 collectors, you agree to:

Respectful Behavior: Interact with other members in a respectful and professional manner.

Non-Commercial Use: You may not use the community resources or gated content for personal promotion or commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized.

Community Focus: The 100 collectors club is a community dedicated to art collecting. Discussions and content sharing on our Telegram channel must remain focused on art collecting. Any topics or promotions outside of this focus are not permitted on the Telegram platform. While in-person discussions can cover a broader range of topics, the Telegram group is reserved strictly for art-collecting conversations.

Access to Content: We retain the right to share only curated content and events with members. While we welcome submissions, we maintain the final decision on what will be promoted to ensure an unbiased and curated approach in the interest of the community.

‍CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USE
Ownership: All content on the platform, including gated content, videos, and other materials, is owned by We don’t do flowers, contemporary art consultancy unipessoal lda. Articles published on the platform are jointly owned by both their respective authors and 100 collectors.
Usage Restrictions: You are not permitted to share, reproduce, or use any content from the gated community without explicit permission from both 100 collectors and the content authors.

‍CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership by giving one month’s notice before their renewal date. Once canceled, access to gated content and member privileges will cease at the end of the membership period.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate membership or access to the site if members engage in bad behavior or excessively promote their own projects in an inappropriate manner.

‍DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Mediation and Discussion: We strive to resolve disputes through open dialogue and mediation.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law: Should disputes escalate, they will be governed by the laws of Portugal, and any legal proceedings will be conducted under Portuguese jurisdiction.

No Financial Advice: While 100 collectors provides advisory and art consultation services, we are not financial advisers. Any decisions related to the acquisition of art or NFTs are made at the sole discretion of the member. Our consultations are not intended to provide financial advice, and we do not promote art acquisitions as investments.

Limitation of Liability: We provide our services as-is and make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of information or the suitability of services provided. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims that may arise from your use of the website, membership, or any services provided.
